In Kazakhstan, a mandatory permit has been introduced for organizations engaged in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire automation systems. This permit is issued by the Fire Service Committee of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In this regard, an automated public service called “ Issuance of a permit for installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire automation systems ” has been implemented on the elicense.kz portal.
To obtain the permit, it is required to have at least three specialists on staff with an electrical safety clearance of no lower than group III. They must also have either a relevant higher technical education (with at least 3 years of experience) or technical and vocational education (with at least 5 years of experience) in the fields of fire safety, automation, or electrical engineering. Additionally, the organization must have its own or leased premises and measuring instruments owned by the organization.
The launch of the service was made possible thanks to the joint work of the Fire Service Committee of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
