The eLicense.kz portal has launched the capability to obtain the public service for issuing a sanitary and epidemiological statement on the compliance of facilities of high epidemiological significance with regulatory legal acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population at the facilities of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A sanitary and epidemiological statement (SES) is an official document certifying the compliance of a facility, activity, product, or project with current sanitary and epidemiological requirements and regulations, ensuring the protection of public health and the environment.

With regard to the facilities of the internal affairs bodies, SES certifies that the premises meet sanitary requirements and ensure safety for staff and visitors. This document is mandatory for facilities of high epidemiological significance under the authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

These include police departments, local police stations, training units, shooting ranges and training complexes, barracks, and other premises where law- enforcement officers perform their duties.

The launch of the service was made possible thanks to the joint efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Public Services Committee under the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
