The elicense.kz portal offers a public service for obtaining a recognition of a certificate issued by a foreign aviation training center of civil aviation.

The service is intended for legal entities and individuals planning to undergo advanced training at foreign aviation training centers.

As part of the service, “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” Joint-Stock Company conducts an inspection of the foreign aviation training center and issues confirmation of the certificate recognition.

The new service was launched thanks to the joint efforts of Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Public Services Committee of Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and National Information Technologies JSC.
