An automated public service “Issuance of a compliance certificate for firesafety requirements” has been implemented on the elicense.kz portal.

The new service provides for the mandatory obtainment of a compliancecertificate priorto the acceptanceand commissioning ofcapital constructionfacilities. The requirement applies to facilities intended for mass occupancy, aswell as to buildings with a height exceeding 28 meters.

The certificate of compliance of a facility with fire safety requirements isissued by territorial civil protection authorities based on the results of a fire andtechnical inspection of a completed facility of the relevant category.

The launch of the service was made possible through the joint efforts of theMinistry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the PublicServices Committee underthe Ministry ofArtificial Intelligence andDigitalDevelopment of theRepublic of Kazakhstan,and National InformationTechnologies JSC.
